{Sweet Innocence}
Some days.... after all the chaos and screaming, whining, fighting, and peed underwear....I get a glimpse of sweetness. How lucky am I that I was blessed with this little man to raise..and I realize how quickly they are growing up. So I can take a moment and relish in the stillness of my little Ashton, and just feel so blessed.

{LAst words}
Okay, seriously, this is my last post tonight I PROMISE!! I just need to let anyone out there know that I am really seriously fighting off an urge to go blonde again(not blonde blonde like before, but blond nevertheless) and I think I need some professional help-not just with the dying of the hair, but like mental health professional help. MUST......FIGHT.......THE URGE!! I HATE...let me say it again(and i don't just throw the word HATE around loosely) I strongly despise being brunette. It's not really fair either because I finally go dark and then my freaking roots start coming in really light(light as in dirty blonde) SO crazy and so not fair(yeah I know, life's not fair get over it, right? I know!!) SO right now the only thing stopping me from this transformation is the fact that I refuse to do it myself. My hair is finally pretty dang healthy and getting long and I definately will be doing it gradually. I'm thinkin carmel blonde anyone? I guess I will have to talk to my stylist about all of this...why I am telling this to who knows who reads my blog..no clue...where's Angela at 1 am?
{American Idol}
I had the opportunity to shoot some pics backstage at the American Idol review in Provo last night. I was working freelance for a magazine editor (http://www.elanwoman.com/) Darcy Hanson who is such a sweetheart! She was doing a story on American Idol contestant David Osmond and his amazing wife Valerie and needed some pics for the article. It was so amazing to be in the dressing room listening to their story of his journey on AI and the struggles he has faced dealing with MS. They are two very strong and amazing people!! If any of you have been following AI or saw tonight's show, David developed laryngitis on his last day of Hollywood week and didn't make the cut. Since the show was taped back in November, he has been carrying this "secret" around with him all this time unable to tell anyone but his wife and loved ones. His attitude towards it all is so great! He knows that the Lord must have something greater in store for him and he's just moving forward towards bigger and better things. His wife says that AI is very "produced" and that it isn't a talent competition at all, but just a reality show. Personally, I think AI would have just slowed him down, he has this AWESOME talent, not only musically, but all around seems like a great guy! Anyways, it was fun to get out and meet some peeps. Give me a month and I'll post some pics!

So we went to the airport and waited...and waited....and hence...THESE photos were born..(warning: some images contain profanity tsk tsk shame on you kaylynn)
